This monkey is tethered (harnassed) to the dog. Whiplash #1 was killed when the dog ran through a wooden fence and Whiplash #1 was killed. If Tommy Lucia really loved this little monkey, he would stop this abuse. But then again, I guess it’s all about the money, and monkeys are relatively cheap…
